I get what it is like to be a busy mum trying to find time to put into yourself. Juggling my family, homeschooling my son, business, 2 dogs, chickens and now geese, it can almost seem impossible to find time for YOU.
And this is why I started Chloe Elisabeth, a Pilates class for the women who are doing it all.
It's a safe space, where all women of different sizes and fitness levels can come and feel confident. Where we can have fun and a laugh while working our body and mind. Fitness shouldn't be intimidating or too serious. It should be some time to love & challenge yourself.
